I have had very little success with this computer. From the constant crashes that happen every hour or so to the hard drive glitches every month or so. I have had this computer for a year now and already reformated 3 times. Thye case is a pain in the rear to get open, as are all gateways and the price was enough to knock me down for what i got. Anyone who decides to buy a gateway needs to consider the very heavy paperweight they just got.
P.S. That one year of AOL/Gatenet, i never got it!!!! There is not a ton more to say about this product. I think everything is explained perfectly. DO NOT BUY THIS GATEWAY!
