Horrible customer service and ridiculous return policy! I have shopped here three times. The first two times were uneventful, I got a good price and things shipped fine. But this last time I had a problem and found out just how bad this company can be. I ordered three pair of potty training pants. The size I ordered was supposed to fit 44-50 lbs. When the pants arrived they were HUGE! My son is 47 lbs and they would have literally fallen off him. This is one of the drawbacks of shopping online, you can't really tell what you're getting sometimes. I thought I would just return them for a smaller size, thinking I would probably have to pay return shipping, but since it was not my fault they might pay for the exchange shipping. WRONG! After several calls to rude CS agents and an email blowing me off, they tell me I will not only have to pay return shipping, but additional shipping on the exchange AND a 20% restocking fee! I shop online weekly and have never seen such a greedy, horrible return policy! My initial purchase of $31 (with initial shipping)would end up costing me nearly $50 to get the correct size. I can find the same product at half a dozen online stores, a lot with free shipping and/or free exchanges. I will NEVER shop here again and I will tell anyone who will listen about these thieves.
