WHERE DO I START? I read the reviews of this store before I purchased a $400. stroller and thought maybe I should pay a little extra and purchase at another site. Since I had purchased from BB before and had no problems, I thought saving $30.00 might be worth it, WRONG! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE!!!! I did the order on-line on a Friday and by Monday had still not received an order confirmation. I needed the stroller ASAP and wanted to know when it was expected to ship out. I called the 800# all day and got a generic answering machine and no call back but my CC was charged. I finally remembered that someone did a review with an alternate number that was usually answered by a real person, so I looked it up.....NOTE it is 603-225-2551, thank goodness for that number, thank you reviewer! Sure enough the next day, a woman answered, after being put on hold for quite sometime she found my order, it hadn't shipped out (they guarantee shipping same day by 3pm). She told me it would ship from the manufacturer to them, then to me after that, taking weeks. I told her I needed the stroller right away and to cancel the order, she said sure, no problem. I called the next day to confirm with her that the order was cancelled and I was refunded the money, no call back. I assumed it was, until I received my credit card statement. I called the CC company, thinking the refund didn't make the statement but they had never refunded me for the order that was cancelled, for the item I never received. Mind you this is 3 weeks later, I called and called both numbers no call back. So I put in a dispute with the CC company and left a nasty message to BB. A week later, I got a message on my machine saying that they had just processed the refund. I haven't gotten my new CC statement yet but I am not holding my breath that this situation is over yet, I was probably shorted money if the refund is there at all. Bad Business! I agree with other reviews that some of the positive reviews may be fake. Take all the negative advise and shop at another site!!! The extra money is not worth all the stress, trouble, researching and calls!!!
