I ordered products online 8/31, the site stated everything was in stock and would be shipped within 2-5 working days. I received nothing (no email, no products, nothing) for nearly 3 weeks. Mid-Sept, I called, was transferred to & spoke to a man in CA warehouse who said my order fell through the cracks, hed order the stuff right away and I should have it in a week. Emailed on 9/24 asking for status of order, no reply. Called on 9/25, spoke to a woman who could not figure out the status of my order, promised to personally call back on Monday 10/2 with update NO WORD from her, no call. 10/3 I called again, spoke to an operator, couldnt help told me to go to website for tracking once again nothing to track, shipping is gone for the day - transferred me to & spoke to Operations Mgr sending out everything but 2 items (didn't receive the items that were sent for over a week) he left a msg for one product rep, told me to call back tomorrow (has hundreds of emails and calls to get back to no $#*!, cant imagine why???, called, still waiting to hear from rep. Never heard from them again. No email update, no phone call - NOTHING. I finally decided on 11/6, they had my money long enough and cancelled the other 2 items. I'm still waiting for the refund. Over 2 months, they could not fill an order. HORRIBLE customer service, actually, more like NO customer service. Pathetic and should not be in business.
