Tired of questionable practices like opened boxes, removed cellophane, poorly shipped and dryed out cigars

Two major problems on two different orders. First, poorly shipped cigars. Two bundles of cigars were placed against the sides of the outer box with no protection. Second order, the one box of cigars that was ordered was opened, the cellophane was removed and the cedar sleeves were taken off, AND, these same cigars were extremely dryed out. Unacceptable!! They are in the business of selling and shipping premium cigars, it is the ONLY thing that this company does, and they are NOT very good at it. I will never buy from them again. Neptune, Atlantic and Cigar Factory Outlet are much better alternatives. Most of these companies even include a Boveda humidification device with their shipments!
