Baby Bungalow doesn't have people take customers' calls. Customer calls go directly to message machine. And their calls are not monitored for quality purpose.
I ordered two Large size sleep sacks from them. They sent me one large and one small. And the small one is not only the WRONG SIZE, but also the WRONG STYLE! First time I called, they returned my call, they agreed to send another large to me. That one came fairly quickly, but it's still a SMALL! I called again, they didn't get back to me. I called a THIRD time. Nights were getting cold, I can't wait for Baby Bungalow, otherwise my 3-month-old will get sick. When the store finally got back to me, I already bought sleep sack elsewhere. So I asked for a refund, but I was told I need to pay shipping to return the product.
I wasted time and money at Baby Bungalow and still didn't get what I needed. As a new mom just getting back to work, I barely have time for enough sleep or to shop for grocery. I shop for my baby online to save time. With this kind of service, I will NEVER shop at Baby Bungalow again!
