Great site ONLY if everything works flawlessly.
If you have to go through customer support you will find incompetent people, a general unwillingness to help & deplorable service.
It is obvious that Tiger Direct's focus is on their sales and that they do not care about providing any type of acceptable post-sale service.
Along with a 2k++ computer I bought a case with LCD/led display which died after 3 days and all they could tell me was that they did not have any more in stock and that I should ship it back to get all they had for me: a refund.
Also had a problem with my account info and history (Tiger Direct lost all of my order history) which is still not resolved after 6 different support calls. In the end the support staff ignored my e-mails and repeated requests to speak to management or get the issue escalated, so I will never do business with them again and tell everyone not to, no matter how sweet their deals are! newegg.com ;)
