I purchased a fairly heavy exercise bike from them on 11/14/06 and paid $89.95 to deliver and assemble and was pretty much promised a 11/16/06 delivery. Come to find out the store changed it mysteriously to a 11/18/06 delivery date, which I could not do for knee surgery reasons.
On 11/15/06, I had to repeatedly call the local Sears store where I bought it to find out when it would be delivered. They totally screwed up the dates. The delivery company, Superior Retail, is worse. Only reason this time: Nice $399 exercise machine was on sale for $249.99. My parents had nothing but problems with the refrigerator--ice machine works apparently as much as a government employee. Unless it is a great deal, go elsewhere!
Update - The Assistant Store Manager called the delivery people and got a firm time for 11/20/06 after we argued about it. He was extremely rude and obnoxious even to the customer he was talking to before me. Warranty - If the box is damaged, REFUSE IT! Why? Because they don't exchange it for a good one.
