I've watched a number of cooking shows over the last couple of years. I have found lots of tasty recipies and a lot of helpful information, but best of all... I found Emeril Live! This show "Rules!" above all others! Chef Emeril Lagassee has very popular resteraunts in New york as well as New Orleans. Being of Portugese decent,you wouldn't know it! He has all the makings of a native New Yorker! His appeal is his endless energy and passion for food and everyone he meets! He includes everyone in his live shows,as well as viewers at home. He even has his own band,which is cool in itself! If he thinks you're losing interest,he'll throw in an ocasional "BAM!" just to wake you up! And...He loves his mom, Hilda! He likes to say "pork fat rules!" I say Emeril rules!
