I saw a negative review on here concerning returns, but thought I would take my chances. I'm glad I did. I was looking for inexpensive beach towels and tote bags and found some on TextileShop.com. I placed my order and was very happy with the email confirmations as well as the quick delivery via FedEx. Everything was just as described and the order was correct.
The only thing that I thought could be improved was the web site, it was a bit clunky and instead of showing that items were out of stock, it didn't tell you until you tried to add it to your shopping cart. That was somewhat annoying.
I would definitely recommend ordering from TextileShop.com!
