Don't know if you'll get this or not depending if your email has changed since you last wrote on epinions.
Wanted to find this recipe for my Italian dinner I'm making. I misplaced the one I copied years ago. I know I rated it long long ago but always knew it was there. :)
Hope some day you'll write another review or stop by epinions.

John... these are great recipes. Just missing one thing: the wine. Even if its not in the food, the chef should be sipping on a great Chianti, Sangiovese... or something.
