I finally talked my wife into getting a big screen TV. Of course we had to shop around first. We went to every electronics store near us and listened to what all the sales people had to say, but we still couldn't a make a decision so we went to the internet for the "truth". We already had a 35" Hitachi at home and were pleased with it, so we looked at Hitachi big screens. After reading some message boards about other peoples problems with their big screens we kept score as to whose TV had the most problems and whose had the least. Well Hitachi won with the least. Song had the most, so we ruled them out. We then found the store with the lowest price on this model and purchased it. When we got it home we were amazed at how big it really looked in our room, but we have loved it. I highly recommend this model.
