I bought 2 phones from Sprint. We went through 5 qualcomm something or others before I switched to a Sanyo. Good luck getting phone operating system upgrades, you usually have to wait an hour or so, then have the phone unavailable for another hour or two.
I ordered equipment insurance and found out three weeks later, when my phone was stolen, that they had failed to add it to the account. Their "solution" was to have me buy another $150 phone. No help. Thanks Sprint.
The voice menus when you call customer service are circular and it can be VERY hard to get ANY customer service. When someone eventually does come on, if at all, they are either quite pleasant or the EXACT opposite: Surly, argumentative, and abusive.
I had better quality service and customer service from my analog cellular coverage. I dropped this company several months ago.
