Worst on-line company I have ever done business with. Ordered 2 cell phone batteries. Priority delivery in 5 business days per their site. On the 6th business day, I wrote to customer service for status. No reply. After 13 days, I wrote again and said if I didn't get an answer by noon the next day I would cancel the charge on my credit card. No reply, so cancelled. 17 days after the order was placed, I finally get an email from the "Controller" saying they would turn me over to their collection agency if I didn't reinstate the payment. So after 3 weeks, all I have received from 1800mobiles is a hard time. Still no batteries. STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY!
