| lkelba93's Full Review: L. A. Weight Loss |
I've tried weight watchers off and on since 2001. I tried the at work plan. I've actually gained over the years using weight watchers. It's not enough food and even when I eat all my points and flex points I'm still hungry!!
Lawl is very expensive, but it works! Sometimes I wish I didn't have to do the bars either, but I do find that when i eat them, i don't crave sugar! Sweets are my weakness. Maybe that's why I don't mind the bars. I'll mix it up with the shakes and hot chocolate (which is delicious).
I will admit, this is my second time around with Lawl. THe first time I did it I went from 215 to 160lbs with out exercising. I was never discouraged from exercising, but I was just to lazy. This time, I'm down 12 lbs. and counting. It is expensive. If you find that cost is an issue by a box of bars a week, just enough with out spending all at once.
This time I will keep going! Good luck all!
What works for one may not work for another, but as long as you try, you'll be thankful once you find what works for you.
