I ordered a camcorder and received a phone call saying there was a problem with the order. During the phone call, I was badgered into ordering the, "package," for the camera at an additional $400. I called customer service to check the order status; I learned that it had been packaged, but not shipped and was told that I could not cancel the order and that I had to return it when it arrived, within 10 days of receipt. Of course, I could not get a straight answer whether the product had to be in their receipt within 10 days or not when I returned it.
I sent an e-mail directing them to immediately cancel the order and refund my account; since I am a lawyer, I'll be looking into civil and criminal actions.
