In the past we have shopped at the storefront for various apparel and accessory selections. This merchant is a good source for rockin accessories; in fact several of the previous hip-hop costume pieces have been purchased there. I knew that the storefront was not an option for Christmas shopping, as the brick and mortar stores are small and overcrowded with merchandise. There was no way a scooter carrying me and that obnoxious broken leg would navigate that store. Being the avid online shopper that I am, I headed for the Internet.
Hot Topic online store is easy to navigate, offering acceptable search capabilities and straightforward categories. This merchant offers a lot more at the online site than in the storefront, including items exclusive to online. The graphics/images at this site load quick and they’re reflective of merchandise sold. I appreciate the zoom capabilities, as this feature allows the shopper to closely view fabric/image details. It is simple to place desired merchandise into your cart or wish list (must be a Member, an easy process). And, of course, completing your order is trouble-free.
My oldest daughter and her boyfriend are fond of several bands, ones that Hot Topic often sells merchandise for. She wanted to purchase a certain band t-shirt as one of her boyfriends Christmas presents and of course Hot Topic sold it. The band merchandise categories are massive, offering an excellent selection of tees (short and long sleeve) and other fan appreciated items. My oldest daughter was able to purchase Panic at the Disco merchandise at hottopic.com long before the band was known. With regard to my youngest daughter, she is quite fond of Tinkerbell, and at Christmas time she requested a certain hoodie from this merchant.
Pricing at this merchant is average with regard to teen type of merchandise. You aren’t going to find Walmart savings, but neither will you break the bank with Abercrombie type of expensive.
