I ordered a GPS from this site, because it was a little cheaper than the others, but I needed it in about a week due to a move to a new city. I placed the order on a Thursday, received a phone call on Sunday from a CSR who tried to bait and switch me to buy a more expensive GPS and accessories that I did not need. (I live in Rural Kentucky, I don't need a traffic monitor, we have no traffic!) Called on Monday, the item was still not cleared for shipping due to the salesman had not cleared it.
Apparently, the salesmen who try to upsell everything have to actually release your order! I cancelled it, and hopefully I will get my money back, I already called my bank to report a fraudulent charge.
Save yourself time, effort, and a 20 minute high pressure sales pitch for extended warranties for 25% of the item price, which from talking with them would be pretty tough to ever make a claim upon. Shop somewhere else!
