Ordered a Canon Powershot A710 at a very good price from this merchant. Received an email indicating they needed me to call to confirm my Internet order. I did not realize that every contact is for them an opportunity to convince/coerce me to order something more than what I wanted. Then they overcharged me and tried to get me to accept more merchandise instead of the refund I was due. I declined repeatedly and they said it would take a month - they would have to investigate what their sales person had told me on the phone, despite his claim that "the billing department had notified him of the overcharge and would be contacting me to resolve the problem." They just lie. I said that the BBB would be interested in my experience. They still haven't shipped the camera, so I can't comment on the quality of the merchandise, but if you deal with them, remember to just say no to everything that they want you to add to your order.
