TERRIBLE....DO NOT ORDER....
I ordered my products over 5 weeks ago and when I e-mailed ELF to cancel the order and refund me immediatly, then and only then did they charge my card (the very same day I sent the e-mail) and state that it was in the process of being shipped. The level of customer service is terrible and is not worth what you might potentially save (that is, if you ever see the actual product).
The customer service e-mails that I have recieved back have been short and not at all courteous. I cannot believe that a company like this is able to stay in business.
According to them they don't use tracking numbers either, so there is literally no way to tell when you order will be recieved. They also state that they delivery time is 7-14 days, unless they are sending via the pony express, I don't know ANY shipping facility that quotes 7-14 domestic shipping time.
