Unbelievably bad experience,worst cust.svce.reps have ever dealt with. Ordered Compaq computer system and Koler comp.desk online 10/13/06,which sd. allow 2-4 wks. 4 delivery, and would send me e-mail b4 they were shipped After 3-1/2 wks.called 2 see when would be delivered so could be sure 2 be home. Several reps sd. 4-6 wks.,be patient, and h/up on me! Finally got rep who gave me Name/# of vendor for comp.,GCM. Called them; they sd.would be delivered next day; it was. HOWEVER, no user's manual or sys.diskette; had Windows 98 instead of advertised 2000; had 20GB hard drive instead of 40GB; printer box had been opened b4 shipped and both ink cartridges had been removed (prob.so could re-sell them and make more money!) C/b GCM; on hold 4 hrs. Finally C/b, asked 4 mgr.; got shipping mgr. who refused to send replacement S/W and H/W. Told me send back and would get replacement 4-6 wks.or so. C/b H.A, supv. told me deal w/GCM and h/up! C/b GCM;asked 4 and got same mgr. Sd. give me RMA#,was rtng.whole sys.;gave me RMA# and sd.would be p/up 1-3 business days (was actually 5). C/b H.A.; told them comp.being rtnd.and gave RMA#, cancel desk, refund credit card and wanted no more dealings w/them.. Called credit card, but nvr.was charged, even 1 wk.ago when last checked. 2day, 11/28,comp.desk showed up! Refused it. C/b H.A., again treated vy.rudely by supv.who claimed I nvr.cancelled,but already showing on her comp.that I refused desk, but sd.GCM hasn't gotten comp.back yet, which was p/up 11/10. They refuse to credit my VISA cd.until desk AND comp. rcvd.back by vendors! What a bunch of ripoffs. Do NOT buy from these clowns!
