Incredibly frustrating. I ordered the correct battery for my laptop. I paid their premium price and paid for fast delivery because I was leaving for an extended business trip to China. They sent a different battery. Not by mistake; they didn't have in stock what they claimed they did. Then John at notebookparts.com insisted that the battery they sent was a higher capacity substitute for what I ordered and that I should keep it. Problem is, when you install it, you can't open the laptop up. The screen bumps into the bigger battery in the back so that it raises only one inch from the keyboard. Then he said I was rude to him and he would not send the correct battery I ordered and paid for. Now I am about to leave on my business trip without a second battery for my laptop.
