This is a nice, concise review that tells me just what I want to know without too much detail. This is one that sits on top of a garbage can, right? (You might want to clarify that, sorry if I missed it:)
I have the GBC Shredmaster 60S and have not had these problems -- I'd exchange yours, if you can, or write the company.... what a bummer. Nice warning to potential buyers though :)
