I decided to buy my phone from Sprint because, they were the only ones who carried the Motorola V.8162. But when it came time to actually use the phone, I was running around the house trying to find a spot where I could actually receive signal. Sprint promised a new tower in my town a year ago and it has yet to be put up. The coverage has many dead spots, doesn't cover as much as companies such as Verizon or AT&T. I get many dropped calls because of the large dead spots in the Sprint PCS coverage area, which results to me wasting minutes trying to pick up a call. Tech support is on and off. If your lucky you will get a great person, but I usually ended up with not to friendly people. I have a one year contract with them and hopefully within that time period the new tower will be put up and then finally maybe I will actually be able to use the phone in my own house. If you are looking for a service provider for your cell phone look elsewhere unless you get full coverage in your town. They do offer great plans and phones, otherwise I would recommend another provider.
