So I did look into this, and there is no requirement that the bill you send in to redeem your rebate must be the same address as your order with Wirefly. (At your suggestion, I did also check with Verizon that the dealer ID is still associated with my wireless account, to make sure.)
I guess we'll find out in 6-12 months how this plays out. Anyway, thanks.

I'm 98% sure one of the requirements for getting your rebate is that you don't change your wireless account for the first 180 days WHICH INCLUDES CHANGING YOUR ADDRESS. The bill you send in to redeem your rebate won't have the same address as your order, which spells trouble.
You might want to confirm with Verizon that the "dealer code" used by your retailer is still associated with your account. If not, Wirefly lost their commission for the sale and ...
