Outrageous!!! Don't buy from BizChair

I bought a $150 Office Star chair, as a Christmas Gift, from BIZCHAIR on November 2nd. I called November 12 (Oh, it will get there, sometimes it takes a long time to process the order) and on November 20 (very rude representative) and they finally shipped it the day after. Received it December 1st (a month later!?!).
A part was missing. I called OFFICE STAR and days later they called me back saying they didnt have the part in stock and would have to order it. It would take another two months for the part to arrive. They told me to contact BIZCHAIR and that they should be able to either send me a new chair or let me return this one.
So I got this email, (note without any apologies) If it is out of stock and you would like to refuse parts and return the chair unfortunately it will fall under the standard return policy stated on the info section of our website. Please review the policy. In other words I would have to pay extra for shipping both ways!
I shop online all the time but this is by far the worst experience I ever had.
