My father has been ordering vitamins since before my birth. He has the very first edition of PREVENTION magazine. When it comes to vitamins, my father has explored them all.
One day when I was frustrated with the price of Green Barley powder, my father told me about a company that he had been talking to the owner of- Swanson Vitamins. When I had him send me a catalog, I decided to try some of the green powder.
I was pleasantly surprised when I found that it worked better than any of the expensive brands that I had been using and the price was about 1/5 less too!
As time went on, I have found Swanson Vitamins to be one of the best companies that I have ever done business with. I did business with them before their internet site many years ago.
Despite their company growing by leaps and bounds, my experiences with customer service have been consistently exceptional. Delivery time has never been more than a week from South Dakota to the NE US that is FAST.
Expedited shipping is available for a mere 95 cents, and unlimited items cost only $4.95 flat fee shipping.
Swanson offers guarantees on all of their items. They have a fabulous nutritionist on call that you can speak with as well as specialists that can help you wade through the vitamin maze.
Online ordering is a breeze and if there are any problems, I have had customer service correct them with good attitudes and professionalism.
One product that I love to order- Mineral Max, which is Swason's own version of the highly touted Mineral Rich- is not online. So if I need to add it to my order, then they do it with no problems.
Swanson Vitamins is one of the best companies I have ever dealt with and after 10 years now I have seen no deterioration in quality or service at all. They just keep getting better and better.
After 10 years, that is rare to see these days.
