Pros: Absolutely NONE
Cons: Expensive, wastes water, no tech support, EXPENSIVE to call plumbers who know NOTHING
The Bottom Line: Be VERY afraid! Don't buy this product- it's a waste of water, money, time, energy and PATIENCE.

| gamtnrealtor's Full Review: Bosch AquaStar 125B NG Natural Gas Tankless Water ... |
I just built my "dream home of a lifetime" - Chattahoochee Riverfront in the North Georgia Mountains.
We wanted our home to be top quality, state-of-the-art.
We did research (Not as much as we SHOULD have, turned out) and bought the Bosch Tankless outdoor gas water heater.
Nothing but trouble and $$$ since we moved in!
The plumber who installed it said it wasn't his fault --- and refuses to come back to service it.
Call Bosch- forget it- they are useless.
Called another plumber (more $$$) his suggestions didn't work.
The unit keeps shutting off- and we have to go OUTSIDE to reboot it - Particularly annoying when you are in the middle of a shower or bath.
I have to turn the water on at the kitchen sink and let it run and run and run- (a crime against the Planet) so that when I turn on the dishwasher- there is HOT water to it.
IF it stays ON.
Their Customer Service is non-existent- and I would rather be talking to a tech rep in Bombay!
I am a Realtor and I am going to Do MY BEST to make sure that all the Builders I know what a shabby system this is- NOT to mention all my buyers, sellers and "sphere of influence."
An expensive lesson learned.
