I think that Hotel club is a magnificent way to save money on hotel bookings, not just saving money but the customer service they provide is really good as well. Earning member dollars is a bonus and it is so simple to book. The only thing i would suggest Hotel club to improve on is not to take credit card details when rates are not displayed i mean they can send us an email with rates and ask for credit card details at the same time. Its not like they can confirm a booking without our acceptance to the rates so why take it for security purposes when the rates are on request and we as customers wont be charged to cancel the reservation if we do not accept the rate.
But besides that i have had no problems with hotelclub and obviously no problems with thier rates coz they are so much better then what the hotel has to offer directly and also saves me time as i know i don't have to find other websites for a better price coz i have in the past and some how hotel club tends to be cheaper if not then maybe a few dollars extra but hey the members dollars you earn from booking with hotelclub eventually beats em' all.
I really like this website as i love going on holidays and and not having to spend so much on hotels yet recieving luxury (i know its alot to ask) but hotelclub tends to satisfy alot in that field and makes my holidays much more enjoyable.
Overall satisfaction Really Good, and i do recommend this to people who are paying so much by booking with hotels directly!!
