I had the worst experience I've ever had web shopping at Leisure Pro. I placed a large order and had to return 3 items. I was sent a RMA #, took the items to UPS for packing and shipping, then the trouble began!
They sent me an email stating they had received only one of the items. They refused to discuss the issue & called me a liar on the phone. The even told me they would indeed credit my account with the other 2 items, but wouldn't send me a conformation of the credit.
I ended up sending all of my evidence, emails, receipts, UPS statements etc. to the credit card company for examination. They found in my favor.
What a run around. I will never make another purchase from them. Nor would I recommend them to anyone. Do yourself a favor, spend a few bucks more elsewhere and save the hassle.
