Monster.com is an internet based job-search tool. It has been in business for quite some time now and has a strong reputation of being the best job-search engine on the net. I was first turned on to them by an advertisement on television. I was skeptical at first because I believe in the traditional application/interview in person way. I answered a few questions and submitted a little information and then it was very easy after that. I set up my own private search engine to search new jobs in my area and with my interests every day and email me the results. It's that easy. I have since had many interviews and job offers and am currently holding a job i got through Monster.com. I am still getting information on new jobs, just in case I would ever need it. Forget all the other job search engines. Monster.com is for you.
