I ordered some camera batteries from SterlingTek about three weeks before I needed them.
SterlingTek sent the wrong batteries. I had ten days before I needed them. I notified SterlingTek. Instead of sending the correct batteries out right away, they demanded a confirmation number from the post office. I sent them the number.
After a week nothing arrive. I again sent them a note asking where my batteries were. Then next day I got an email saying they'd just sent them out.
They waited until I pestered them. The batteries will get here too late for the intended use -- if they ever arrive and if they are the correct batteries.
Terrible response to their own mistake. I won't order from thema gain.
