Terrible, with lots of failed promises.

This was a total disaster, with ABT Electronics repeatedly promises making promises and not keeping them. I ordered a Sony LCD TV on 11/27. Credit card charged on 11/28. Didn't get a confirmation e-mail that was promised, so called on 12/1. Told me not to worry, the item was being shipped, and gave me a shipping code for their shipper. Called the shipper to confirm - they said they hadn't received the item. Called ABT back who said not to worry, it was being shipped, and the shipped code would be valid later when it was in my city. Waited a week, and called shipper on 12/8 - said that Abt had cancelled the order by fax. Called ABT, who said that would research it. Got a call back saying they would be shipping it out on Monday, and that they would credit me $150 for my trouble. They promised a confirmation e-mail for this. Two days later got an e-mail saying that it was actually out of stock and I would have to wait 10 days. Called them to cancel the order and was told they couldn't because it "was on the truck" and they didn't know anything about the $150 credit. Yeah, right. After a little discussion, they agreed to cancel. Let's see if it's really cancelled
