Indeed Jude, the word would be DIFFICULT though some could probably justify a more expressive word. This W/O was just what was needed for me on a personal level however. And I know you always get around to reading as time allows, which is fine with me because it gives me the opportunity to go back and read my own words. Thanks in many ways.
Love ya back

Virginia, WELCOME HOME!! You have been missed. It is strange that people see people through different eyes. We all remember the same situations just a little differently, and I can only assume it is because we all perceive things differently. Which is not always a bad thing, because as we have been shown, it can change our perspective even a little and make things seem far less critical than before.
Happy Holidays, and again welcome home.

This Review (Reply to this comment)
by Granniemose
really hit home with me. It could have me writing that review, except that you were more sensitive then I would have been.
I harbored a deep resentment toward that person in my life, although I thought I had forgiven - and yet it came up so often in my memory that I knew I had not, and probably never would.
It was Judy who wrote her version of my childhood based on her memory of that person, and my stories that made me realize that this person did feel love. She was just unable to show it, and could only think her life was much smoother before I came along. To be fair, I wasn't much of an appeaser-being a back talker, a tom boy and one who rebelled against the strong discipline.
I do forgive her in all honesty now, for Jude saw things in a little different light, and your review touched a nerve as well. Thank you, Di, for a great entry.

I believe that would be correct, Trix. Didn't think it would take you long to figure out once I gave you my clue(s). Plus the fact that the bright-eyed detective has perhaps "been there, done that." It helped that there seemed to be a common bond.
Glad you and I can finally understand "them!"

Ok Kay you little gamester, would the nickname in question be 'Trixie'? You have made this fun, and it came along at a wonderful time.
So huh huh huh, is it 'Trixie'
And yes you are quite the detective. A heartfelt thank you.

Neither, Di. Go back nearly a year ago. OK, last clue: Think "nickname."
I'm not "her," either, but I've walked in the writer's shoes. Hmmmmm, that could be a clue, too. :o)
Let me know when you "get it!" :o)

Kay, Thanks for reading and playing along. Hmm now my turn to guess how you knew.
1. In the review I mentioned my death
2. The comment by my brother 'Gungian'
How did I do? You are indeed a detective :)

What an incredibly poignant writing this is! After reading it once, checking the comments twice, then reading your piece again, my curiousity got the better of me. A little "research" is all it took for me to find the answer. (Hmmmm, maybe I should have been a detective.)
I was right from the start. Guess how I knew,

Di, being a day late in reading the review, I had the advantage of updates and comments. I4m pretty sure of the subject.
What a terrific piece of writing. The second read was even more enjoyable than the first.

Ah Dear Jan, I don't have to like the movie you do, but I'm sure I'll enjoy the review. Thanks for the comment, and I knew a few would guess right off the bat. I did not exactly disguise a whole lot. LOL
Will be awaiting your review.

I could guess from the title and the first paragraph confirmed it. Di, you won't like the movie I'm about to post if I find the category again, but I did enjoy this epiphany.

Re: I knew the . . . (Reply to this comment)
by SurgRN911
You know what Gung? There was an amount of difficulty in writing this review. But with each line I typed, I saw a foundation that was being laid that made up that final person.
Perhaps for the first time, I could see what I missed for so many years. With this review a certain peace has evolved, because I walked in those shoes, and let my mind and heart remain open.
The ties, that held me captive for so very long have been removed, because of a masquerade W/O. Who would have guessed?
Your prayers are always accepted, and your love always appreciated. Thanks # 1
I love you also!

. . . answer before you did.
Over 3 years before you did, in fact.
I can truly imagine how painful this was for you to write. My prayer is that the comfort in discovery far outlasts that pain of authorship.
I love you!

Barbara, the answer is in the review. You as 411 know the things I hold dear. And one of my most precious gifts, I know for a fact you and Tom know.
If you really are bugged by the solution, send me off an email and I will tell you. Right now I am off to add another clue in the body of this review.
PS You have been given another clue in this answer.

29th, the subtle clues may be more difficult for you to pick out, because you and I don't usually banter back and forth like 411. But I do think even if you can't figure it out, when you know you'll say Ah that's it (grin)
