This year I wanted to do something really great for my parents and grandparents who share the same anniversary date. This is not always the easiest thing to do because these truly are the kind of people who have everything!
I saw Amazing Clubs being featured on a local television show and thought I'd check it out. As soon as I saw what they offered, I knew this was the perfect solution for my gift-giving dilemma.
The list of gourmet gift of the month clubs they offer is nearly endless: wine, beer, chocolate, flowers, coffee, cheese, salsa, cookies, BBQ sauce and on and on and on!
I purchased a wine club for my parents and an olive oil club for my grandparents. And then I had a problem. About a week after I ordered I noticed that I had entered an incorrect shipping address for my parents. To make matters worse, the order had already shipped!
I immediately placed a call to Amazing Clubs customer service and... all I can say is... WOW! Not only did they change the shipping address mid-route. They emailed me a confirmation AND called me to confirm within the hour. This was absolutely the very best service I have ever received from any online store.
And what about the merchandise? Well, I'm happy to report that the quality of their products is just as good as their service (maybe even better). My parents and grandparents are 100% thrilled.
It's such a great feeling when a merchant exceeds your expectations. I'll be a customer of theirs for life.
