Well, with my toaster, coffee maker, rice maker, wine rack, drain board, cutting boards, I'm fighting for counter space.
I won't even tell about the shortage of cabinet space. I have to store some stuff out in the garage. Yup, California may be a big state but most people here live in TINY houses. :) I had more space in apartments in Oregon.

They really don't take up that much room. Especially the K45SS Classic.
I've had mine for 20 years, and everywhere I moved to, I kept it, big or small apartments!!

had a mixer cover, too! This looks a lot nicer, but hers did the trick. Luckily she had huge counters and she was able to push her mixer into a corner and it was barely even noticed.
I don't even have one! Don't have the room. If I ever get a house with a bigger kitchen the first thing I'm getting is a stand mixer!
