And, at 39.95/month, I would expect a much better phone and service plan. What phone model did you receive with the your plan?
If the cell company is any good, I don't see why you shouldn't have good access in your area (Spokane) After all, you're not blocked by mountain ranges that I periodically have trouble with.
I hope Voicestream can see they aren't providing real cell service, as defined by their contract, and you need a better solution.

What you should know about dealing with people on the other end of the phone that don't have two brain cells to rub together.

I do not know what it is, but customer SERVICE seems to be getting worse and worse. I mean lately I've been dealing with VOICE COMMAND telephone systems more helpful than the LIVE thing.

1-800-555-TELL (is a good example)
