Epionions is the best web site... it will let us provide open, honest feedback on the performance of Superbookdeals, which needs massive improvement... I caution users from purchasing from the company... they do not keep inventory on hand and purchase many titles from foreign sellers in an effort to keep prices low... the problem is, you never know if you are going to receive the product from Superbookdeals because of their wholly inadequate tracking facility (it's non-existent)... I had to buy another book from Barnesandnoble.com to ensure that I had the book for the class... then I tried to cancel their order and they said "it's ready picked", which means that they try to locate the book and cover their horried business tactics by reporting that their minimum shipping time is 19-20 days because they use media mail (it's actually an effort to try to locate the book)... anyway, I returned the book and they have sat on my refund for 8 business days now and they may get a holiday present from me... a complaint from the Maryland attorney general and a suit in Small Claims Court... this is the only way to deal with a business that also has about 20% negative feedback as a third party seller on Amazon (which I also should have checked before I bought from the Superbookdeals.com web site)... I've learned my lesson about this seller... let the buyer beware.
