Dealings with this company are fine unless there is a problem with your order and you require customer service. I recently placed an order on 12/5/06 for a Christmas gift. My order was immediately reflected as "In Progress." Following confirmation that the order was placed, I never received any further communication regarding my order. After receiving my 12/9/06 order within 1 business day, I emailed customer service on 12/12/06 asking about my earlier order. Five days later, I received a response advising me that "our billing department is currently working on your order. In case of any difficulties we will get back to you." Indeed, it appeared that my credit card had never been charged in the 12 days since I placed my order. I would have thought that someone from the company would have called to tell me they were having a problem. Instead, they just waited for me to contact them and, even still, just told me that they were working on my order. In the middle of my emails, I decided to call customer service. During the first call, I was told after being placed on hold for 25 minutes that my order was shipping that day. During the second call, I was again placed on hold for 25 minutes and again told that my order was shipping the next day. At this point, I cancelled my order. The next day, a charge posts to my credit card for my purchase. The charge is dated the same day as my cancellation. So, yet again, I call customer service and they tell me that the charge was just an "authorization" and not a charge. Then he told me that it was because I used Google check-out and they charge the card instantly upon placing the order, which is not true because it was charged 12 days after the purchase. He then told me that the card is charged when the order ships, but I cancelled my order before the item shipped. Demands to speak with a supervisor result in being placed on hold for even longer periods of time. I was finally told that, while I was on hold, they contacted Google to cancel the order and authorize a refund. I'm still waiting. If you can avoid it, don't order from the site or any of its affiliated websites. The customer service agents do not speak English very well and, as a result, are not equipped to properly handle questions regarding the product, your order or any problems you may have.
