I'll save my cellular service for another review, but I wish it could live up to the standards of the phone itself. I love this phone. I wouldn't say it is packed with features, but everything it is capable of, it does well.

I find the phone to be very durable. I have never had a case/pocket/sleeve for it and have never needed one. It has some scratches on the slick plastic exterior, but nothing outrageous beyond normal wear and tear. Since I purchased nearly nine months ago, it has held up quite well.

The phone has been dropped several times while in my care and the screens both inside and outside have not been damaged and the small antenna is still intact.

I really love the camera and have used it many times for quick unplanned photos. There isn't many photos that I have taken that I didn't need to touch up in Photoshop, but hey, it is a camera phone. No flash indoors means fuzzy photos no matter what. Outdoor photos however are really nice actually. I do wish it had better storage since I have to delete or email many photos to make room for more.

I think the battery life is great with this phone. Since my last phone's battery died at the drop of a hat, I'm thrilled with this one. However, others may find other phones have better. I have never been disappointed and if my battery ever ran out it was because I let it sit too long without charging, and we are talking days and days.

The phone has a built in radio with an ear plug attachment. I have only used it once and don't find much use in it. Today's technology really is more about mp3s and digital music. When I did use the radio, it worked well, but I just don't view this as a bonus.

I really like the ability to customize both the screen inside the phone and the small screen outside the phone. Personalization is important to me and so is showing off pictures of my doggy.

I understand that a lot of the software depends on the cellular provider so I will stick to the actual phone features and not so much software features, but I will list what I use the phone for the most.

1. Phone: Great sound and clarity even with low reception.
2. Camera: Good outdoor images, fair indoor images. Nothing spectacular.
3. Alarm Clock: Yes, I have used it as an alarm clock and it works great. Gets louder as it goes.
4. Internet/Email: When I am away from home I love to check my email or the news when I'm bored.
5. Calendar: I love getting birthday reminders because I am a dolt about remembering them myself.
