... how unusual, but unbelievably good this Strawberry Pretzel salad is!!! I had it at a small mom & pop kind of restaurant on the drive down to Florida once ... and could not rest till I found the recipe and made it myself because I craved it so bad and no one around here had ever heard of it. The mixture of sweet strawberries, creamy cream cheese, salty pretzels, and buttery crust is an experience not to be missed!!!!
(And thanks to this reminder, I think I know one more dish I'll be taking to my moms house on Thursday!)
