Amusing. Have to appologize in advance though.. I have no intention of dying in the near future, no matter how much you wish it. It just makes me wonder how many other childish emails you've sent to folks who don't bow down to your ignorant games.

Yes I know some value your thoughtful essays. Heck, I even linked to one in one of my advice pieces. But you came into the comment thread of that one unhappy with what I had said, wishing that I would re-word it.

Precious Mobi, real precious. My point is that not everyone is a blazing star here on Epinions, not everyone or everything ever done on Epinions is as instantly recognizable as you must imagine yourself and your actions to be. I said in my previous comment here that I would have acknowledged his 'unknown inspiration' if it had come up earlier. I'll not repeat that thought again here.
Perhaps I should run my next write-off idea past 'the Epinions Historian' to make sure no one has done something similar before . . .nahh, I think not.

it seems like I have started all of this by bringing up an old write off, I feel completely responsible for what is transpriring between the two of you here. For that I must apologize, I certainly didn't mean to start any battle of words.
I honestly don't think that this w/o was any copy of any other write off. You could consider it a variation possibly but not a copy rip off. We all know that the difference in the amount of words alone can make a big difference. I don't believe a good solid review of anything could be done in 100 words or less. 666 gives you enough content to include the right amount of information. If you wish to O/T this write off then you will have to O/T all of the Holiday write offs that come up every year that are simply variations of other holiday write offs of days gone by and tht would certainly be a shame. Do we really need to be so cruel, write offs are suppossed to be a fun way for us to interact as a community, not a place for attacking and ridiculing each other.
Again, I am very sorry, I did not mean to cause any anymosity.

Where was your angst and ire when this was current? Nearly a year ago? Why has no one else found fault with this write-off in nearly a year? Where is your 'Not Helpful' for this 'off-topic' write-off invitation spam?
I concede your expertise at recalling the history of Epinions. And even you would surely agree that perhaps there is 'nothing new' at Epinions. Had '100words' commented here than I certainly would have noted his effort and his inspiration.
But gosh, his last review (of five total) was written in December of 2000 and his account is inactive. I don't know how I could have missed his user-name before this date.
Me, I'll take pleasure and affirmation from the vast majority of rates and comments placed here and ignore the few who seek to find offense where ever they go.

Yes the number question did come up. I just picked a number, something memorable. And that fit better for the purpose than 1492 or 1066 or 12 so I just used it. No devil worship implied or practiced. At least not by me.
But it is all over and done now. And no one wrote exactly a 665 plus 1 word review. So I guess we are OK.

There is no way I was going to attempt to read the comments with that many. That must be close to a record in this category? Anyway if this has been said by someone else then please excuse me? Why did you chose that number? I mean 666 that's not a good number for a lot of people it means DEVIL Worship to a lot, why not 665 or 667? May I please suggest you edit the number only the rest is cool?
