NEVER order from them, late delivery, botched order, barely tolerable customer service

How did the Popcorn Factory ensure that I'll never order from them again? Let me count the ways:
1. My order arrived 4 days late.
2. It arrived in the wrong colored tin.
3. Its contents were not what I ordered.
4. There was no way to effectively exchange my botched order.
Upon calling to request a replacement tin, they told me their warehouse was out of stock of the tin I wanted. In fact, all their sampler tins were sold out, and the only items available were popcorn tins. My only practical option was to receive a refund, as they offered no estimate as to when any samplers would become available again.
Their apology was mechanical and insincere, and in the end, I realized this: They probably assumed that since the billing & mailing addresses were different for my order, I'd never know that my family received the wrong tin. They figured I'd be in Wyoming when my family opened their gift in Michigan, and I wouldn't be there to point out that it was vastly different from what I'd ordered.
Well, it just so happened that I flew home to MI for Christmas, and was there to witness the delivery, late and unashamedly botched. I will never order from them again. It isn't worth the stress, especially during the holidays.
