Nice selection - easy ordering - EXTREMLY BAD customer service

Easy ordering for sure - but then things change. I placed my order on Nov 15, 2006 and was assured my recliner would be delivered within 2-3 weeks. I called BizChair.com on Nov. 30 because I had not received a deliver date yet as stated. I was told the manufacturer had a slide delay and my chair would be shipped on Dec 12th. A day later I received an email stating my recliner would be shipped within 3 weeks. I called and was told that the delivery date was now during the week of Dec 22. On Dec. 22 I called to make sure the chair was shipped only to find out that the manufacturer was now closed for the holidays and my order could not be shipped until Jan 29, 2007. During all my phone conversations the customer service representatives (Danielle Tyree) and others were rude and not helpful at all. I was treated with disrespect and no apology was offered at any time. I would not refer this company in any way and if I would get this recliner for the same price any place else I would cancel my order (which I was told I couldn't do anymore because material for my order was already cut and I would have to pay a restocking fee).
