If I would have written this a few months ago I would have said this is a great paybar, but opinions change quickly in the Pay To Surf area. They used to pay per view of add which added up to around $0.21 and hour approx. (you can't be sure because there always changing it). I discovered this fact a while after I joined the program, previously I had been told it was around $0.50 an hour but this was a lie. Recently they stopped paying per ad views and decided it would be better is they had random draws to see who would win $25 a day out of $500. I don't think thats a very good chance, and there main service now is to sign up for offer and earn some money from that and if your referral sign up for an offer you get 50% from them too.
The bar looks very nice, not like other bars which are really ugly this one fits in with the screen. The radio works fine and there are no ads with it. It displays only one ad on the screen in 800x600 mode, but at higher resolutions it displays another small ad, but it's not clear if it earn you more.
The site is very easy to navigate with the fall down menus and there stats display system is clear to understand.
