Christmas traditions don't have to be generations old to be special.

I love this. Tradition is who we are.

My fav line-

...something else struck me as I read it. It's unusual to see pieces on Epinions that read like professional articles. :)

...the rituals and traditions of Christmas with my family.

Somehow we started a tradition of me making Chorizo (Mexican sausage) Eggs, Papas (potatoes) and tortilla's for breakfast. I'm not even sure when this tradition started, but even my grown kids come over now on Christmas morning for this breakfast. Funny thing is...I don't care for Chorizo, but the rest of the family does and that makes it worth making that is for sure!

Thanks for the great reminder of how special our traditions are...kath
