This product is very easy to use. The processor does a mighty fine job of slicing vegetables nice and thin. The unit does not clog up like some of them can if using too much of the produce in the slicer. It shreds cheese and some vegetables very nice. The chopper blade is worth the machine. It really does a good job on graham crackers for pie crusts and also on chopping nuts. I have even used it to chop up the gizzards from the turkey to make stuffing for Thanksgiving dinner. Although it did chop most of the gizzards I recommend a meat grinder for them. It just did not get them smooth enough for the stuffing.The machine does wonders for making ice cream drinks, such as grasshoppers etc. and malts and shakes. You can even make pie dough in it and not get your hands all messy. I find it to be a great help in my kitchen.
