This sounds like a paper on smoking and it is well written. But this particular link is for information on quitting smoking and that is why I had to rate it Off Topic. From what I understand this heading is to give background information on how to stop smoking.
This basically is why not to smoke and the dangers but offers no tips and information on how to quit.
