What a story! (Reply to this comment)
by artbyjude
And what a treasure is our liberty. We take it for granted, yet so many in the world are still not free. As many people have talked about "limiting " freedom for home security, I wonder if they know what they are sacrificing?
But then, perhaps we all take our own liberty more seriously than that of our neighbors.
Thank you for reminding me how important this is. I'm sorry I am always the LAST one to read, but I have this system...and every three weeks or so I make a check to make sure I didn't miss anything. Stay well, and Happy New Year. Jude

Your visit right now is one of the lovliest of Christmas presents. Your story is absolutely beautiful - and one that probably could have been written by one of my ancestors, or Letta's. A great job, indeed.
But even greater is the fact that you are here. Your encouragement and warmth has been missed, and I welcome you back with all my heart. Whether you stay or not (and I hope you do) this visit I will cherish.
