I have been waiting for a refund now for MONTHS. They give a partial refund but when I e-mail them they either do not answer for weeks at a time or they simply say "Give us a few days." Well, it has been MANY, MANY, MANY days and again they are in the do not answer mode. I would HIGHLY advise that you do NOT buy from these people!
